The first building is a noisy place, there, it is where all begins.
The production proccess begins with 60% recycled yarn.

The next step is the first backing process. Where the primary carpet is joined with another layer.
The are micro-carbon fibers between the yarn to make it anti-static, because its mainly used in offices.
The other machines was broken so we could not see it working, but at the end of the process there is a new finished carpet.
The process is clean, not produce much waste, and the produced waste is recycled, and used again.
The finished carpet is cuted, and transported in ecological pales.
The final step is the laboratory, the one wich is permited to visit. There some test are made to the specimen like light test, chair test, foot test, etc.
