In this book 13 artists share artwork and reflections on human experience of being and bearing witness in a networked world. For the development of sustainable social structures in future networked societies, witnessing is fundamental. It is key to establishing trust; it is key to a human being’s potential to take responsibility for one’s own life and another’s; and it is key to emerging social structures at large.
