I have been looking at and doing this for quite some long time. Which makes me all the more interested in what you are cooking up here Caroline . My experience over a couple of decades of working with this stuff (virtual presence in various ways) is that there is great resistance to digging in and actually putting these terrific (and invariably flawed, but that's part of the terrific) tools to work. So here I am, happy to be here and ready to peer over your shoulder and learn. And as soon as I see what strikes me as a good idea, believe me I will steal it and try to put it to work right away.
