Engineering Studies are always focused on finding effective solutions to human problems. Nevertheless it's more and more true that we need to find a good way of understanding what a "human problem" is and, going further, how to address it in such a way that we don't cause other problems and create balance out of a chaotic situation. I think this is one of the goals of a design methodoly Presence-centered: making ratio and emotion cohoperating together for really meet the needs of people.
