How can music bring people together for something more than a fleeting, aesthetic experience?
How do you create music that doesn’t make people judge from a distance but allows them to engage with performers and with their fellow listeners?
How do you compose a moment in which time itself is shared?
At the moment I have no other answers to these questions than in the form of my own concerts.
These are merely attempts to create moments of attentiveness in a world focused on transience and efficiency.
Whether or not they are truly succesful remains the question.
